Buying Lexqura

How firms actually buy this

Software is rarely bought by the person who uses it. These are the four things a managing partner, an accountant or a procurement officer asks before a decision is made.

Payment

Invoice in GHS, pay how you already pay

We invoice in cedis or dollars and accept bank transfer and mobile money. No card is required to start, and none is required to renew.

Diligence

Security questionnaires answered by a person

Send us your questionnaire, your IT reviewer, or your general counsel. We answer in the form you use rather than pointing you at a page.

Contracting

Engagement terms you can mark up

Firm plans are contracted, not clicked. Terms, notice periods and service commitments are agreed in writing before anyone signs.

Data

Residency and migration, decided up front

We agree where your data sits, and we plan the move from paper, Word folders or Excel before you switch anything off.

Can we pay by bank transfer or mobile money?

Yes. We invoice in cedis or dollars and accept bank transfer and mobile money. A card is optional on every plan, never a requirement to start or to renew.

What happens if we add or remove a lawyer mid-term?

On Practice, a lawyer added mid-term is prorated from the day they join, and a lawyer removed comes off at the same point. Chambers is priced for the whole chambers, so nothing changes until you pass five lawyers and move up.

Will you help us migrate from paper, Word folders or Excel?

Yes, and it is part of onboarding rather than a paid extra. We take your matter list, client records and open files in whatever shape they are in, and we do not ask you to switch anything off until the new records match the old ones.

Is there a contract, and can we leave?

Monthly plans run month to month and you can stop at the end of any month. Annual plans run for twelve months at the lower rate. Firm plans are contracted, with the notice period agreed in writing before anyone signs. Your data is yours; we export it on request.

Still deciding? Send us your security questionnaire, or bring a real matter to a call and we will run it in front of you.
